Submission Guidelines
The Organizing Committee of the 2026 CUK RIHPC International Conference warmly invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. All abstracts should be submitted through the online submission system.
Each submission will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Please note that abstract submission does not automatically include conference registration, and all presenters are required to complete registration separately.
We kindly ask you to review the submission guidelines carefully before proceeding with your abstract submission.

Submission Guidelines

All abstracts must be written and presented in English.

The abstract should be limited to 300 words or fewer.

The abstract title should be limited to 20 words or fewer and should be concise yet informative.

All abstracts should be structured to include the aims, methods, results, and conclusions of the study.

Please provide two to four keywords.

Please include the names, positions and affiliation details of ALL authors.

Do NOT include abbreviations (except for commonly accepted acronyms such as CPR, ER, WHO), citations, figures, tables, references, acknowledgments, or funding/grant information.

Please download and complete the abstract template, and attach it during the online submission process. Abstract files must be uploaded in an editable document format (e.g., .doc, .docx).

Submitted abstract files will be published as a PDF abstract book on the conference website. Please ensure that all information and content are accurate and free of errors.

Abstract submission is only available on a PC and is not supported on mobile devices.
Confirmation and Revision

A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the Presenting Author upon completion of the online submission.

If you wish to revise your abstract, please reply to the confirmation email to request withdrawal, and then submit a new abstract.
Withdrawal of Abstracts

If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please notify us by email (2026cuk.rihpc@gmail.com) no later than August 31, 2026. Please include the title and presenting author in your request.

The presenting author is required to complete registration by September 30, 2026. If full payment is not received by September 30, 2026, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn.
Awards
Outstanding podium and poster presentations will be awarded at the closing ceremony.
