Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration for the 2026 CUK RIHPC will remain valid through October 30, 2026.

Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (2026cuk.rihpc@gmail.com).

All refunds will be made after the conference.

All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
